SAN DIEGO, CA Buck Stratton Ministries today announced the addition of General Fulton "Mad Dog" Foorda to its largely ceremonial governing board, The Holy Circle of Saints. Foorda is presently on leave after his resignation from the Joint Chiefs pending his retirement from the Army next month. The four star general will take up a full time post in the Ministry's membership department.

Ministry head, Buck Stratton, commented in a prepared statement concerning Foorda, "This great warrior will now serve in the Army of God. His bravery and leadership will help this life saving radio ministry reach out to the righteous all across the land. We're glad to have him!"

WASHINGTON, D.C. Pentagon sources today again denied that force rotations between U.S. bases and overseas assignments were a response to the wide spread rioting. Military analysts have suggested that the reassignments were designed to bring troops less affected by the domestic turmoil over Jesus Robeles into proximity of population centers. Such a plan, they say, would provide troops for domestic use which would more consistently follow military command and control, avoiding the 'Baltimore Syndrome' where Maryland National Guard units joined with rioters after being mobilized to restore calm.

SAN DIEGO, CA. Buck Stratton Radio Ministries held open house today in its new $28,000,000 headquarters facilities. The building complex is situated on an 8 acre site south of San Diego, and will support both the broadcasts and other commercial enterprises of the ministry.

Stratton Ministries counts an estimated 60,000,000 active members among the reported 90,000,000 in its regular listening audience. The organization named after Buck Stratton, radio evangelist, is the fastest growing religious denomination in the country.
